Nelson's Distillery founder and Master Distiller Neil Harrison knows a bit about perfect pairings, having created a range of award-winning craft gins and spirits.
 
Now he's embarked on another perfect partnership, working with two-Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr to create Le Gavroche Gin, named after Michel's flagship Mayfair restaurant.
 
Michel first came across Nelson's Gin when he was tasted Timur Gin. "It just blew my mind," he said. "I thought if I am going to have a gin with my name on it, they're the guys who have to make it!"
 
Collaborating exclusively with Michel, Neil has created Cocktails & Canapes, a book packed with delicious recipes in which Le Gavroche Gin and Nelson's other world class gins and spirits play the starring role.
